I called Sammy late in the evening to help my friend who is 90 and lives alone, when her main back door lock broke and would be risky to leave open all night. Sammy arrived as quickly as possible and was so polite and kind especially towards my elderly friend, who really appreciated his prompt diagnosis of the problem with the lock.  He went on to finish the job with 30-40 mins and the cost was so reasonable, considering the distance he travelled to help us and how late I called him. I had a very stressful situation after being locked out and spent over an hour trying to contact different locksmiths to open the door, Many were difficult to communicate with, had unclear or very high prices, or wanted payment upfront. AMZ was different. They arrived within 30 minutes communicated clearly and gave me a fixed price, solved the lock problem quickly with no unnecessary delay. The whole process was straightforward and I was able to pay after the job was completed. Genuine, honest, and professional people who made a difficult situation much easier. The guys turned up when they said they would. They were  both friendly and extremely helpful. The hinges were hard to reset and the caps were difficult to close but they persevered until the job was done. They then fixed another door that was difficult to lock. On the way out one guy noticed the front door was rubbing and sanded the top down at no additional cost. They did not try to charge me more than the sum we agreed on.
