88 years old - home and alone - my front door Ingersoll/Yale lock had malfunctioned.  AMZ were with me in half an hour, dismantled and reassembled this complex lock advising that I did not need a new one.  Also advice given on purchasing new keys from Ingersoll as original badly worn, which was the cause of some of the trouble.  Price extremely reasonable. Sammy was exceptional. He arrived quickly and got me back into my flat in no time, without having to drill the lock after I’d locked myself out late at night. Great communication!
