No Call-Out Fee

Where advertised, our No Call-Out Fee applies to attendance at your property.

However, estimated arrival times are provided in good faith and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, road closures, emergencies or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Access to the Property

By requesting our services, you confirm that you are:

We may request proof of identity or authority before carrying out certain work.

Cancellations

Where an engineer has already travelled to your location or work has commenced, reasonable charges may apply.

Guarantees and Warranties
